For all rendering and shading fanatics, this demo class is a must. Current trends in rendering are already seeing major renderers ported over to real-time rendering solutions on the GPU. This includes Mental Ray and Renderman. GPUs are only getting faster and render farms will soon incorporate stacks of hi-quality GPUs.
