About me
Theo has worked at Cramer in Norwood, Massachusetts, for over 20 years and has seen first-hand the proliferation of technology in the field and how that has affected workflow. He has been instrumental in the technological design and post production process implemented at Cramer. Theo recognizes that as the role of the editor has expanded, guiding projects and clients through the post production process is now a major part of an editors’ responsibility.
Theo was editor for the Cramer-produced Emmy®-award-winning documentaries The Banner Years, a retrospective on the Boston Garden that aired on WGBH-TV in Boston, and The Boston Red Sox: 100 Years of Baseball History. He has also received many other industry awards such as a Silver Plaque Award at the International Communication Film and Video Festival in New York, a CINE Golden Eagle Award, numerous Telly Awards, a Communicator Award and a nomination at Post Magazine’s Digital Content Awards in Los Angeles.
Prior to Cramer, Theo worked at CNN in Atlanta, WGBH-TV in Boston and WENH-TV in Durham, NH.
