About me
Norman Brzycki is an accomplished professional and brings over 15 years of successful, dynamic leadership and experience in all areas of the education and training industry. His last position was Director of Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts (CDIA) and was there from the beginning as the founding Director. He personally directed the successful start-up and opening of both the Waltham, MA and Washington, DC campuses and provided leadership for all school operations including admissions, career services, human resources, program development, student satisfaction, instructor training, school management and overall quality of educational programs.
Prior to Boston University’s CDIA, Norman was Regional Director for Clark University’s Computer Career Institute overseeing four campuses. He began his stay there as Director of Career Services and quickly rose through the leadership ranks holding various leadership positions.
Norman also operated his own consulting company and is widely recognized as an expert in the training and development industry. His expertise includes business consulting, executive coaching including leadership development, program design, project management, employee training programs as well as operations and management. His clients have included the Coca Cola Company, Legal Sea Foods, Inc., Viridien Technologies, Inc., Skidmore College and Curry College. Norman’s consulting experience has allowed him to personally train, motivate and inspire thousands of individuals and dozens of organizations throughout the country.
He is also an extremely active (but amateur) photographer.
