Mentorships

IDMA’s Study with the Masters is a tuition based mentorship program that provides a unique and powerful opportunity to study with some of the world’s best and most successful working digital artists.

With live seminar-based guidance from your mentor, as well as the opportunity to study, collaborate and network with like-minded professionals through communities of practice, the Study with the Masters Program gives you an unprecedented chance for professional and artistic growth.

Each mentorship program costs $2950 and includes six months of mentoring featuring monthly two-hour live seminar presentations with Q&A segments, access to special topics and presentations, and monthly one-on-one personal mentorship sessions with personal access to your mentor, your study group and other select communities of practice

Utilizing the most advanced online education and networking technologies, a mentorship at IDMA means you have our Virtual Campus with the convenience, effectiveness and community-based educational experience you have been looking for. We promise you an experience as good as being there.

How it Works

MENTORSHIPS provide three broad learning experiences:

  • In the one-to-one sessions, the mentor is obviously the teacher, the learning experience is formally structured for the individual student needs and is delivered in a formal setting.
  • In the group seminar sessions, the mentor is still the principal teacher, but the learning experience includes input from a group of peers; the setting is also less formal.
  • In addition, and separately, mentor group peers can work with each other or in small special interest groups; the learning experience and setting become even less formal here. This experience is incredibly valuable, as peers learn from each other's experiences and advice.
