How it works

  • In the NETWORKS, the learners and teachers are self-selecting. To solve an immediate problem or to simply connect with other professionals, individuals look for and reach out to members with similar interests and expertise.
  • Within these new peer relationships, the 'experts' (teachers) naturally structure the learning exchanges – but in an informal setting. Experts in one area are inevitably students in another, even within the same area of knowledge.
  • In this way, members are always both teachers and students and can set up 'subject specific' specialist groups to work within.
